We at NCC want to ensure that you can get documentation for your final payment and resolution of your account.
In order to do so, we need you to confirm that you are authorizing the last payment made on your account, that has paid the account either in full or per the settlement agreement.
Unless we receive authorization, there will be a waiting period of 90 days until we can arrange to send you a final account closure letter, showing paid in full or settled in full.
If you DO provide authorization through this site, then you will be able to generate your own PIF or SIF letter immediately, but ONLY after the payment authorization form has been received by NCC.
After your final payment has posted, please click on the link below, where you will be able to provide NCC with a final payment authorization notice, and create a paid in full or settled in full letter (whichever is applicable).
Please note, this process will NOT work until your final payment has been posted to your account, closing the account as paid.
You will need to have your account number, and the 5 digit zip code of the primary responsible party for the account
